Man, fall allergies are really kicking my hiney these days. I’ve had a cough for almost three weeks now. My abs are rockin, but my lungs are killing me! Do you have seasonal allergies? Normal people get them in the spring/summer, but of course mine are worse in October/November. What a weirdo.
Anyway, here are the features from last week:

I’m having a horrible time with allergies, too. I’ve never had them this late in the year!
