What does a fresh apricot taste like?
Welcome back to CSA Friday! We got a GREAT share this week. Lots of fruit, of course more squash, some peppers, and apples (can you believe we have apples this early in the season???). Have a look-see:
Since we got fresh apricots, I thought this would be a great opportunity to do another taste test on-camera. I’ve had dried apricots a million times but never a fresh one. Ever had fresh apricot?
Fresh apricots are one of my favorite fruits! Dried apricots are also great, but not as much, to me.
