My first week back to menu planning after a brief hiatus and it’s gonna be a boring one. I’m warning you. Most nights this week, the boy and I are on our own so I’m not going to get fancy on ya.
Monday, my father-in-law is in town so we’ll probably order in pizza or something like that.
Tuesday, we’ll have leftover soup (chicken, rice, squash, and Swiss chard) that I made this weekend.
Wednesday, I’m thinking quesadillas.
Thursday, meatloaf muffins.
Friday, leftovers or Breakfast for Dinner.
Saturday, dinner out.
Sunday, maybe more soup or a stir-fry depending on what comes in the CSA
