E-Meals Giveaway, Chicken Burger Recipe, and Menu Plan Monday

The past few weeks I’ve had some help when it comes to menu planning. I’d heard about eMeals from various blogs but wasn’t really sure what they were, but when I got a press release in my inbox about their new Clean Eating Plan, I knew I wanted to try it.

eMeals makes menu planning so easy. They give you a weekly outline of meals, along with a shopping list. And the best part about the shopping list is that each item is numbered by day, so if you decided you don’t want to make the meal for Day 3, you just cross out all the items with the number 3 next to them. So easy. Plus if you sign up for their Clean Eating Plan by 5/31, you can get 10% off with the code CLEAN.
Another thing I really like about eMeals menu plan is that the recipes are so simple and quick. Here’s an example of one of their Clean Eating meals that’s going on our plan for this week:
Chicken and Spinach Burgers
From eMeals
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs ground chicken
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- olive oil
- Combine spinach, garlic, ground chicken, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Form into palm-sized patties. Brush with olive oil. Grill over medium heat for 7 minutes per side.
How’s that for an easy weeknight dinner? They even give you a side dish suggestion of Broccoli and Carmelized Onion Salad (along with the ingredients and directions).
- Chicken and Spinach Burgers
- Coconut Chicken with Apricot Sauce
- Meatloaf Muffins
Disclosure: I received a one-month subscription to eMeals free of charge, but I have not been otherwise compensated for this review or giveaway. All opinions are 100% mine. I’m an eMeals affiliate and receive a percentage of the cost for each person that signs up through my referral link.
