I decided to try something new today. I’m going to give up sugar for the day and tweet my progress. I usually start my day with a large coffee with cream and sugar so it’ll be a challenge for me right from the start. Anyone else interested in joining me? I’m anticipating cravings, a headache, etc. but I’m hopeful that I can make it through just ONE DAY without sugar. I’ve realized it’s in almost everything I eat, even though I’ve been so diligent about cutting out a lot of processed foods. Wish me luck!
