What up party people??!! I attended an event last night to benefit Mission Sleep and I'm still in party mode, apparently. I met some new-to-me bloggers, as well as reconnected with some old friends. It was a lot of fun and I want to publicly thank The Real Housewives of Northern Virginia and SuperNOVAMommy for organizing this event.
As for OUR party, looks like we got some new faces last week! Welcome! Glad to have you here. This is my first week featuring highlights from last week AND hosting this week's party, all in one blog post. Would love your feedback on this.
Homemade Spaghetti Sauce from Adventures of D and V
It's never a bad idea to have a great homemade spaghetti sauce recipe in your arsenal. Make a big batch and freeze it for the next time you want a quickie dinner.
Roasted Corn and Potato Chowder from Dwell on Joy
It's the warmest winter in, like, forever, right now, but I still crave soups. It's February and therefore soup season. I don't care that it'll be 70 degrees tomorrow.
Bourbon Chicken (hold the bourbon) from The Farm Girl Recipes
Okay, so technically it's not Bourbon Chicken since there's no bourbon in it, but it sounds delicious anyway. I love a good, sweet sauce on my chicken.
And now, on to the par-tay. The rules are simple:
- Please link up no more than two recipes.
- I'd love it if you'd follow me on Facebook and/or Google Friend Connect.
- Please have a link back to me on your post. I'll be featuring three links this weekend, but I can only feature you if there's a link back.
- Click around, have some fun, and get inspired!
(As always, the links show up in random order. No rewards for the early birds, or punishments for those who get there a little later.)

Love the features at the same time as the party.. those featured will probably get more visits this way too! Great choices this week - they all look so delish!

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for featuring my spaghetti sauce recipe!!! I always love features on blog parties. I try to click through all the posts, but sometime I just dont have the time. With the features I can see what links the hostess thinks are worth sharing and then I dont miss a great recipe! Cant wait to be inspired by the links on this week's party!

ReplyDeleteHi there! I am new here and let me introduce myself - Trish from Sweetology. I mostly blog sweets/cupcakes/cookies/edible crafts and tea party food. ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the shout out on the chicken. I love having the features and the party all in one!! :)
