Tastetastic Thursday #20
I just finished an awesome dinner. Whole Foods hooked me up with a gift card so I can try their new vacuum-packed frozen fish entrees. Tonight I made the Mediterranean Swordfish and it was really delicious. I put a little bit of oil in the cast iron pan and then put it in the oven while it heated up to 400 degrees. Once the oven was hot, I put the fish in the pan and baked it for about 15 minutes.
The flavor was great, but it did need a bit of salt added to it. No big deal. I served it over rice with a side of some mixed veggies. Delish!
The serving size was great. My son didn’t like it so my husband and I just split it down the middle. My only complaint was that there wasn’t any direction on there about how to cook it. Thank goodness for the internet!
There are lot of different choices for these frozen marinated fish, and you can find them near the seafood section in your local Whole Foods. Have you found any great new products recently?
And now…time to party! The rules are simple:

- I’d love it if you’d follow me on Facebook and/or Google Friend Connect.
- Please have a link back to me on your post. I’ll be featuring three links this weekend, but I can only feature you if there’s a link back.
- Click around, have some fun, and get inspired!
